This mandate is flexible and non-binding, both for the client and for Global Relocation.

• Personalized needs assessment during the initial contact with the client, including desired location, accomodation specifics, and budget.
• Registration to our distribution lists for regular updates on available properties.
• Compilation and verification of necessary documents to create your application file.
• Targeted property selection: careful identification of available properties from our database of direct opportunities, including from landlords and tenants who are vacating their properties.
• Organization and coordination of visits for a smooth and efficient experience.
• Support and advice during the decision-making process by analyzing the pros and cons of visited properties to help you make an informed choice.
• Submission, recommendation, and follow-up of rental applications with agencies and landlords.
• Review of the lease agreement and explanation prior to signing.
• Opening of an account with SIG (electricity).
• This mandate is time-limited; our mission will be reassessed after 3 months (extension, transition to an active search mandate with a dedicated consultant, or termination).
